Además de los esenciales, te recomendamos traer zapatos cerrados (zapatillas) o botas de trekking, por precaución por nuestros senderos. Ah si, y un abrigo. Hace un frío delicioso donde las temperaturas pueden bajar hasta 13 °C. 
 
In addition to the essentials, we recommend you bring closed shoes (sneakers) or trekking boots, as a precaution for our trails. Oh yes, and a coat. It can get a bit chilly. The lowest it gets is 13°C or 55.4 °F

Se puede fumar en el proyecto? / Can I smoke on the premises?

Somos un proyecto totalmente natural y queremos mantener el ambiente lo más saludable posible, es por eso que esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones, restaurante y los alrededores que abarca el proyecto Eco Horqueta. Se penaliza si se llegáse a quebrantar esta regla.
We are a totally natural project and we want to keep the environment as healthy as possible, that is why it is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, restaurant and surroundings that encompasses the Eco Horqueta project. It is penalized if this rule is broken.

¿Cómo puedo pagar una reserva? / How I can pay a Reservation?

Accepted Answer

Puedes pagar mediante tarjeta de crédito o débito, tranferencia online, o transferencia bancaria o paypal y el mínimo que se requiere para confirmar la reserva es de 50% del total de la reserva. Estando en nuestro lugar se le cobrará el otro porcentaje de la reserva, ya se en efectivo, tarjeta de crédito o débito. El depósito no es reembolsable.
 
You can pay by credit or debit card, online transfer, or bank transfer or paypal and the minimum that is required to confirm the reservation is 20% of the total reservation. Being in our place will be charged the other percentage of the reservation, whether in cash, credit or debit card. The deposit of the reservation is 100% not refundable.

Cómo es la mejor manera de llegar a Eco Horqueta? How is the best way to get to Eco Horqueta?

Hay tres formas de llegar a Eco Horqueta: / There are three ways to get to Eco Horqueta:
 
-Bus: Tenemos buses locales que viajan diariamente al area de Horqueta desde Boquete. Debes conseguir el bus Blanco o Azul Oscuro que digan : "Horqueta-El Bajo" y "Bajo Mono- El Bajo" respectivamente. Debes de decir la parada: La tina de Ruiz y te llevaran a 200 mts antes de la entrada del hotel, puedes caminar hasta la entrada que no está muy lejos. El último viaje del bus es a las 6 pm.
 
- Taxi: Puedes agarrar un taxi y le comentas que vas a Horqueta - Eco Horqueta en la Parada la Tina de Ruiz. Los precios varían por el taxi y la cantidad de personas.
 
- RECOMENDABLE: Por auto propio:

Aquí la dirección por waze. Si usan Google maps, porfa estés anuente que donde termina el pin debes de manejar 1.3km adicionales ya que no se ha actualizado la calle en google maps.
En waze si sale todo el camino completo. Si tienes 4x4 no deberías de tener ningún problema en llegar hasta la entrada. Si tienes un 4x2 o sedan puedes estacionarlo a los 200 mts de la entrada y caminar o solicitar ayuda por las maletas. El camino es asfaltado hasta los 200 mts.

Here the address by waze. If they use Google maps, please be aware that where the pin ends you must drive an additional 1.3km since the street has not been updated in google maps. In waze if it goes all the way through. If you have a 4x4 you shouldn't have any problem getting to the entrance. If you have a 4x2 or sedan you can park it 200 meters from the entrance and walk or ask for help with your suitcases. The road is paved up until those 200 meters.

¿Cual es el horario de Entrada y Salida en las cabañas? / What time is the Check in and Check out to the Bungalows?

Nuestro Check in es desde las 3 pm, pero si nuestras cabañas están disponibles antes de tiempo, les avisaremos a través de su correo, para así aproveche un par de horas más la cabaña. El check out es a las 11 am.
 
Our Check in is from 3 pm, but if our cabins are available ahead of time, we will notify you through your mail, so take advantage of a couple of hours more the cabin. The check out is at 11 am.

Sí, contamos con Wi-Fi satelital, que es confiable para la mayoría de las actividades. Sin embargo, puede tener algunas limitaciones para videollamadas, ya que la conexión puede interrumpirse ocasionalmente. Para entrevistas o reuniones de trabajo que requieran una conexión altamente estable, podría no ofrecer la consistencia necesaria

Yes, we offer satellite Wi-Fi, which is reliable for most activities. However, it may have some limitations for video calls, as the connection can occasionally drop. For interviews or work meetings that require a highly stable connection, it might not provide the consistency needed

¿Tienen mascotas en el área? Do you have pets in the area?

Si, tenemos unos guardianes en el proyecto que son nuestros queridos hijos. Son muy amigables y dóciles. Si es necesario, considera las opciones si eres alérgico o no te estiman los animales.
 
Yes, we have  our guardians in the project who are our dear children. They are very friendly and docile. If necessary, consider your options if you are allergic or do not appreciate the animals.
